01.Discovery & Brief
We start by diving into your vision. What’s the message you want to communicate? Who is your audience? What’s the tone, style, and platform? Whether you have a detailed script or just an idea, we’ll collaborate to clarify your goals and creative direction.
02.Script & Concept
If you don’t already have a script, I can help craft one. From there, we’ll build a strong concept that outlines how your message will unfold visually. This includes deciding on voiceover needs, music, or any additional elements that may be required.
03.Storyboard
Next, I’ll create a storyboard — a visual map of your project. This helps you see how scenes will play out, shot by shot, before animation begins. It’s also the perfect time to give feedback and fine-tune the flow.
04.Design
Once the storyboard is approved, I move on to style frames and design. This is where we lock in the look and feel of the animation — typography, color palette, illustration style, and overall aesthetic. You’ll get a clear preview of the final vibe.
05.Animation
With everything approved, I bring the visuals to life through animation. This is the most exciting part… where movement, timing, and rhythm come together to make your message shine. You'll receive a first draft to review and give feedback on.
06.Revisions
You’ll have the opportunity to request refinements to ensure everything feels just right. I usually offer a set number of revision rounds, depending on the project scope, all to make sure the final result matches your vision.
07.Delivery
Once approved, I’ll export and deliver your final animation in the formats you need, optimized for wherever it’s going — web, social, presentations, or broadcast…
