A tribute to leaving the screens behind. This meditative little loop comes from that feeling of becoming more in sync with the energy and rhythms of Nature.

I wanted to explore creating more detailed illustrations with this piece of work and instead of focusing on transitions, I put the attention on the atmosphere of the scene and allowed the hummingbird and the simple camera dolly movement to create the movement for the loop.

Every project has it's challenges but for this one it was definitely creating the liitle quirks in the movement of the hummingbird that in the end really help it to feel alive. The final sound design by Matteo Di Giulio being the icing on the cake.
